Come on down for our Fun Sparring Class. We offer a controlled sparring session according to weight and level of experience. We will be offering headgear, groin protection and additional protective gear upon request. The gloves used will be the large 20oz type, which will keep it fun and safe for participants at a variety of skill levels. Participants must bring a sports mouthpiece and hand wraps in order to engage in a sparring session, all other protective gear is provided by Boxing Fitness Center.
